Admission to University of Calcutta for Undergraduate programs is primarily based on the qualifying examination. Calcutta University admission for PG courses happens on merit and a qualifying examination. This is followed up by a personal interview. Students have to clear both the Entrance examination and personal interview to be considered for admission. - The admission process in University of Calcutta Distance learning is quite easy. Students just have to follow the steps given below –
- Open the official website of the University of Calcutta Distance Education.
- Go to the ‘Admissions’ Tab and look for the ‘Prospectus and Application Form’, then click it.
- To download the Prospectus, fill in the required information like Name, Email, Phone Number, etc.
- To submit the application form, fill in all personal and professional details about yourself and upload all your scanned self-attested copies of necessary documents.
- Pay your application fee through DD in favour of ‘Lovely Faculty of Distance Education’, which is payable at Jalandhar.
- After the merit list is published and the candidate has been selected for a seat, they have to visit the institute physically to secure a spot.
